Why are organic and residual waste collected in one truck?+
Our duo truck has two compartments with a dividing floor. Organic and residual waste never meet. This way we drive down your street half as often.
My bin hasn’t been emptied. What now?+
Let Mila know via the chat or WhatsApp. She can see from the truck’s round what happened and schedules an extra collection if needed.
How often can I have bulky waste collected for free?+
Four times a year, up to 2 m³ each time. Mila keeps track of how often you have used it.
Am I talking to a person or a computer?+
First to Mila, our digital assistant. She handles most questions straight away. Would you rather speak to a member of staff, or is your question complicated? Then she puts you through and passes on your question.
What happens to my data?+
Mila only uses the data needed to answer your question, such as your address. Everything stays within Milieukring’s systems.
