5 municipalities, one circle
Milieukring is a partnership of five municipalities. Together with 955,900 residents, we keep the neighbourhood clean. Each municipality has its own collection days and arrangements.
Lindewaard
The largest city in our region, with over 400,000 residents. It is home to our head office and our largest recycling centre, and the first duo trucks went into service here in 2025.
Zandmere
Zandmere grew out of three old village centres around the Zandmeer lake. Lots of gardens means lots of organic waste, especially in spring.
Bremhorst
Bremhorst lies in the middle of the woods. This is where we are testing the new electric duo truck: quiet, clean and out early.
Oudekamp
Narrow streets and canals call for small trucks. In the old town centre, we collect with a compact duo truck.
Heidebeek
The smallest municipality in our area, with the best sorting figures: 81% of the waste here is separated.
